Need to replace this hinge

Question

My windows swing inward (like a door does) on this hinge and I am unable to locate it anywhere. I don't even know what it would be called. The part itself has no ID. The window itself only has the following ID etched on the spacer block between the panes of glass: INE 85

This part is called a hinge leaf assembly, and these are very uncommon these days. I'm not shocked you couldn't find it. Fortunately, I think we have what you need. See the 15-069 to start out and let me know if this is a match for your old part.
