Need to replace this missing window vent cover

I saw on the glass the code and got your company. I need to replace the window vent cover because its letting the humidity and cold come in through the bathroom sliding door window.

Hello there. That code on the glass just is a manufacturing code others have searched in the past, and we did not furbish this window--we sell replacement hardware specifically. That said I think we can help. I believe you need a new weep hole cover. See our 26-186. Take a look at its dimensions, as well as the installation video below, and see if you think you could use this for your application.
