Need to replace two single hung window balances

This balance has a similar appearance to a few different balances we supply. To narrow down the correct replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the spring on the balance; particularly the bracket that should be attached to the bottom of it.

Thanks for the additional photos! These balances can be replaced with either the S380-24 or the S385-24. You'll need to confirm the shoe's depth to confirm the series.

The stamp option is likely be the the 2350 stamp option but it would be a good idea to double check that the sash weighs between 23 to 27lbs.
