Need to replace two window cranks

Question

The arms connected to the window are about 9 1/4 inches. The arms connected to the mechanism are about 8 3/4 inches to the bend in the arm, then about 1 1/2 inches into the mechanism. The plate where the arms attach to the window is 4" wide. This is connected to a 12" plate on the window frame.

The crank mechanism is five inches wide where the handle is attached. The word "Truth" is stamped on one of the arms that is attached to the mechanism. I believe these windows were installed in about 1986.
