Need to replace what I think are concealed hinges?

We had a window company come and repair the glass but they broke our window hardware! Without removing a window due to weather, these photos are the best I can do.  I would need to purchase two upper hinges for at least two windows.  The lower cranks are built best cranks and the home is from 1970.  it is my firm belief that these windows are original to the home.  The best I could measure is about 10 inches of length on these metal pieces.

We don't have an exact match for your original hinge, but I recommend looking at the newer styles used on modern casement windows. I think our 36-004-10 especially looks like a promising match and I think it will work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will clarify.
