Need top sash part

A handy person from Lebanon, Ohio says:

There are no visible names, numbers, or markings. Dimensions:

Total height: 1 5/8"
Dimensions of top: 15/16" x 1"
Top to center of screw hole: 7/8"

As you can see, it broke in half where the screw attaches it to the window frame.
