I have a left and right crank out windows with roto hardware
both crank handles broke off with the shank still inside the housing,,,,,, My big question is what is the best way to get them out,,,,, and do you have the replacement cranks,,, they are white, I would call them male handles as the shaft extends out of the handles,,, there is a screw on the bottom of the housing, and I am wondering if that is a set screw to release the crank shaft.
Need tp replace roto crank handles

Thanks for posting. When you say "male handle," it makes me think our our 39-226. But then you mention that it has a screw on the bottom of the handle, though, so I'm not so sure.
Check out the picture below. This is from an older customer discussion and I think it might be similar to the problem you have now.
Does this look familiar? If so, then your operator is stripped out. The gear you see in that picture is not meant to come out, so you'll have to replace the operator entirely.

Sorry to mislead you about the screw on the bottom,,, It is not on the bottom of the handle it is on the bottom of the casing that the handle inserts into. Your 39226 looks exact. Thanks
