Need two Channel balances for this window

There are no numbers on the existing balances.
They are both installed correctly but neither of them move with the window

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. This is what's known as an "extended travel" channel balance, named after its unique configuration.

I just need a bit more information from you before we can go any further. To start, can you measure only the metal channel and tell me its length? A photo of a tape measure won't suffice in this instance; please measure it as carefully as you can and write its length out for me to review.

Can you also tell me the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce? Since there's no marking on the balance itself, knowing the exact weight of the sash will be necessary.
