Need two balances

Question

Pulled this out of window I am working on prefer not to have make another trip to measure window! Please see attached pic. Balance has two sets of stamps:

1) 11600-17

2) H13 23 4-88

is Left to right 6 3/4"

top to bottom just a hair shy of 3"

and is about 3/4" thick

Helo Me Obi One Kanobi your my only hope?

Hello! Looks like you have a certain type of Andersen window balance. However, your stamp is a little peculiar, so I'm not sure exactly what you need.

We're still researching possible replacements, but while we do that, can you give me some window sash dimensions? I'd like the overall size of the sash itself, as well as the height and width of just the visible glass. That will be a huge help.

In the meantime, we're trying our best to find something to match up to that stamp of yours.
