Need two different balances

A quick learner from Lincoln, CA says:
Hi can you help me identify the correct balancers. 1st is 26-4 AA CMC 7 metal length is 27". 2nd is 29-4 KX CMC 11 metal length is 30". Winged channel balance shoe appears to be just larger then 1 1/8", and the metal slide appears to be 5/8" on the open ended side and 1/2" on the opposite side, and 9/16" deep. Let me know if you need additional information.

Thanks for writing in. Do both sized balances have the exact same nylon fittings on each end? And is the depth or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement indeed bigger than 1" (you say a little greater than 1-1/8)? If so, it sounds like you need our S385-27 with a stamp option of 2640, as well as our S385-30 with a stamp option of 2940. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A quick learner from Lincoln, CA says:
Yes, both balances are the same. On measuring the 'heel-to-toe' a second time the measuremnt is 1-1/16th. Would that still be S385-27?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Yes, I think so. Odds are that your balance shoe was once 1-3/32" and just wore down from use over the years. If it's over 1" then I feel confident that the S385-30 is what you want.

A quick learner from Lincoln, CA says:
Thanks Bob! Just to confirm the 27" balancers should be replaced with S385-27 and the 30" should be S385-30, correct?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Yes, that is correct. Please let me know if you had any questions and I would be happy to assist!
