Need two different types of replacement window cranks

A home owner from Conifer, CO says:
The first two photos have 1361356 WH & US Pat.DES360.357 & 1361358 ST under the crank.
The last three photos have US PAT. 4,083,264 & CAN. PAT.1979 & 45012 under the crank.
The first 2 photos have newer hardware (around 2003) & the last 3 photos have older hardware (around 1986)
