Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 25-7/8" which is what makes it custom.
What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time.

Our minimum for custom orders is 2 so I'm afraid I can't send you a new link for 1. You wouldn't want to replace just the one balance anyways. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new balance to wear out a lot faster since it'd have to pick up the slack for the older hardware. That's why we always recommend replacing balances in pairs.
