Need two replacement balances

Question

Need to replace window balances, my existing is stamped with 22E USB
See pictures
The length of the metal piece is 23", the width looks like 1/2" each end has plastic guides. The spring, cord and internal parts all came off. HElLP!

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2250 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
