Need two replacement window balances

Question

I would appreciate your help in identifying the correct parts, so that I do not order the wrong thing!
The metal part of the balance is stamped BSI 2530. It is 26" long and is 1/2" wide.
The shoe wings are 15/16" wide on both the top and bottom. (The shoes are both 1/2" wide not counting the wings.)

In the pictures, you can see the other two dimensions for the bottom. I wasn't exactly sure of the nomenclature!

Thanks for posting! These pictures are perfect. I recommend our Series 385 channel balance. This uses the 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32". I think yours may have just worn down over time.
