Need two window balances with ends and winding tool

Question

House was built in 1995 in Houston Texas area.  Balance diameter is 3/8 inch. Length of balance tube is 30 inches.  Cannot find any markings or labels.

Hello! We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order.

Can you confirm some things for me?

First, is the length of the tube exactly 30"?

Second, what color tip was originally attached to the balance? [If you don't know, plan B is to check for a colored tip on other balances from the same window, or perhaps a different window of the same size and type. Plan C is to weigh the window sash and send me the weight.]

See if you can make plan A work, though. Let me know what you come up with.
