I remember seeing this screen frame a few years ago, but I don't think it's still available, or its hardware. I picked out a few corners from our inventory for you to take a look at. I don't think they will fit exactly to the frame but you may be able to adapt them. Look at the 95-034, used on 3/4 X 3/8" screen frames, and the 95-031 and 95-274, both used on 3/4 x 5/16" screen frames. 

Please understand that these are just educated guesses and I cannot be sure they will work. You might need to make complete new screens using a different frame.
