Milgard Classic window approx vintage 2002. I won't it off until I get the new piece. Picture appears to be upside down.

I don't have a record here in my office for your particular series of Milgard window. I pulled up some possible matches for you on the right, but you will need to remove the snap-in to compare dimensions.
