Hello,

Your photo resembles an old-style version of the 15-180 Pivot Shoe. This setup works with the Series 190 Coil Balance springs. Based on your sash weight, you would use one S190-940 coil on each side with the 15-186 clips and 15-182 bushings. Take a look, and thanks for posting!
