Parts for casement window

Hello! I have broken casement cranks and all parts. I have no idea how to gather the information needed to replace the whole thing. I would like to replace everything that is needed to open and close the window. Not including the locks on the side of the window, those seem to work.

Hello,

It's tough to be sure based on your photos but the operator resembles the 39-330 at first glance. We also offer the 39-329 opposite-handed version. See the 39-232 handle used with both assemblies. If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 with a 10" base. Thanks for posting!

Ok, so what products exactly make up a window handle, hinges and operator? Seems as though the 39-330, 39-232, and 36-048 would completely take care of a full assembly for the windows. Correct me if I'm wrong! Basically I need the whole assembly from top to bottom! I do realize that you are not here and cannot see what I see but nothing works on the windows that I have. They do not open. All cranks are gone and the operators are so old they are not smooth and some are just basically inoperable. Please just tell me which products to order. Thank you, Molly

In addition to the operators and hinges, we offer the 39-553 and 39-554 brackets to attach the operator arms to the sash frame, as well as the 39-232 handles. That is all that we can recommend based on your photos, but we'll be here if you need anything else.

If I were to buy the items listed in my previous email, which bracket (we offer the 39-553 and 39-554 brackets) would fit? Also, you are giving me too many options. 39-232, is this the crank that I need?
Please be specific. I want to buy the correct products and all that I need for installation only once (hopefully).

The 39-553 and 39-554 brackets are used with the 39-330 and 39-329 operators mentioned in our original post. You'll need to compare the orientation to the original bracket installed on your sash to confirm the correct replacement. You are correct that the 39-232 would be the handle you need, which is used for both operators.
