Hello! Your balance here has a bit of a unique design, but it may just be that the nylon fittings are damaged. Can you confirm if they are or not? If they are, can you show me an undamaged version of this balance? Seeing the nylon fittings in whole and undamaged condition will allow me to confirm what the configuration is. Knowing their dimensions will also be essential.

Right now, it looks like you might have a 19-037 top fitting and 15-029 bottom fitting. This is not a stock configuration, which means we would have to custom make this for you. That's why I want to be 100% sure that you don't have something else.

A quick learner from Concord, NC says:
The 19-037 is little too big mine is 1"wide, but I can cut it, the bottom fitting 15-029 is good, I've ordered this balance before but I don't know the part #. I've enclosed some more photos.

Ah, so you have! Thanks for telling me that, I see it right here in your order history. Sorry for not checking that in the first place.

If you already know that this configuration works then that makes this a lot easier. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for this same assembly. Please let me know if you had any questions or wanted to make any changes.
