Need window balance assembly for Milgard 6210 etc series

We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. Can you just confirm the weight of your sash? It's important to be as precise as possible, down to the ounce. Estimations won't be sufficient.

The reason I must insist is because your stamp of 25-5 is rated to hold 24 through 30 pounds, which would be way too strong for your sash weight. These are deliberately calibrated systems so we can't use something that's too strong for the sash. We really need to be sure we get this right.

However, they offered an alternative that will work. Just note that the length, top, and bottom fittings will differ slightly. I'm going to email you a purchase link for (2) 2550 balances, which you can use to place an order on our website. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 25 to 28 pounds.
