The balance appears similar to our S400-26. Check it out and see if you agree. I'm afraid we do not carry that window stop.

what hardware do I need to install the S-400? Wouldn't I need some type of bracket for the top and bottom? If so, what do you recommend?

Unfortunately, I don't believe you will be able to remove the sash. I think you have a builder's grade windows, which are not meant to be removed or repaired. That doesn't mean you can't replace the balances, just that it might be a little difficult.
The metal clip with the screw is for the top to secure the window balance. If you are missing one of these top stop clips, it's no problem. You can just install the balance with a normal screw. You only need one stop per sash.
Now the hard part: with someone helping you, slide the new balance behind the sash and screw the top of the balance to the window frame. Then, raise the sash and have your helper hold it up while you wind up the spiral and hook to the bottom bracket of window sash with our 75-004 tool.
