Hi!
I need help ordering 3 window balances for my Phillips Windows model PHP-27
The length of the metal channel is 27 15/16" and the width is about 7/16". I have already have the T-shoes. The marking on the window channel is BSI TB 28C. The spring length is about 15" and the spring width is 3/8".

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you'll need for your balances, however, I'll need to know if the attachment on the top of your balances is a hook or a screw-in clip. If you are unsure, please send a photo of the attachment.
Also, please be aware that we do not sell just the channel alone. These balances will come fully assembled with the requested shoe as well as the hook or clip.
