Window Balance 29300 BSI

Question

On the balancer itself I see B.S.I 29300 or 2930 n Can't really sell what the last letter/number is.

This has fell out of my window and I need to replace it so my windows open and close properly.

It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has 15-004 shoe which is 1 3/32" deep from front to back. Series 380 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions. Your stamp 2930 indicates you have a 30" balance with a 2930 weight option. If you have the 385, order S385-30 with the 2930 option. If you have the 380, order S385-30 with the 2930 option.
