Greetings,
I need a couple sash balance assemblies and want to make sure I am ordering the correct parts. Stamped on metal channel is 05/07 UNIQUE 25-D-40. From your website I was able to gather...metal channel length is 26 and 1/16". Bottom shoe measures across at 1 and 3/32" so I think it is the 15-004 bottom shoe that goes with the Series 385 Assy. I realize my pictures are not very clear...my apologies there...but hope you have enough info to get me the parts I need. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide you to confirm. Hi Shawn,
It looks like you are good to go with our S385-26 channel balance. It looks like you'll also need a 2540 option for a bottom sash between 19 and 24 ibs. Thank you!

"2540" is a spring code, which is offered on each balance. It just indicates which spring goes inside. Our site will ask you which spring you need before allowing you to add the item to the cart!
