I rented out my home and found out that two windows are no longer working. My renters removed the window hardware and I don't know the size weight or dimensions that I need.
I live out of state and am not physically there. I was planning on buying a few parts and trying them out. Let me know what you recommend.
I think I need either a 3/8 or 1/2 channel balance, maybe a 27 or 28 inch size. What parts would you recommend?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't help without the original balance in question. Is there an identical window in the house with intact balances? If so, we may be able to use that as a reference if we can see an undamaged assembly removed from the window.
