Need window channel balance replacements

A quick learner from Venice, FL says:
I've removed then of the broken window balances and determined I need a 2860, 29 inch long unit that looks like the S380/S385. The current balance is labeled "04/10 UNIQUE 28-F-60", with no other markings. the top and bottom guides are winged. The only difference is that our bottom guide measures 7/8". I don't see a model with a bottom guide that size. Would that have to be a custom order?

Hello there!

This would indeed have to be a custom order since your bottom fitting measures 7/8" deep. To sum it up for you, we'll use a 29" long metal channel with the 19-005 top, 15-029 bottom, and 2860 stamp. Can you just tell me the number of balances you're looking to order? I'll be able to draft a price quote from there.
