Need window crank for above window

Question

Is this a jalousie or awning window? Building was built in 1974. Do you have this part or can you tell me part #, part name?

Thanks for writing in! Your hardware appears to be similar to a jalousie operator but it is not one I am familiar with. Given the age of the operator, I am not confident it is available any longer.
