We have double hung windows that have a handle to lift open the window and 10 of these handle lifts are broken. The windows were installed in 1999. The warranty information that I included was for one of the windows. I do not know who the manufacturer was.

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell anything like this, unfortunately. I'm afraid we don't know who may have them other than the original manufacturer or supplier of the window, whoever they may be. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
