The label says they are Milestone Single Hung Series 2000

Thank you for posting. I have received your picture. Unfortunately, we cannot identify what you have based on this information. Can you take a few pictures of the lock itself? Can you also provide detailed dimensions, including the hole spacing? Thanks!

Thank you for the photos. Please see our 26-431P, combo tilt latch/sash lock device set. These look like what you have, just make sure the dimensions match.
