Need window locks for Silverline vinyl window

Threw up the window to let smoke from woodstove go out of the house and broke both latches on the window. I have been back to store multiple times where they were purchased, and they say they'll put in a call, but nothing has happened. They did tell me that this is a Silverline window. The description on the invoice is "8501 8501 Double Hung 35.75x60.875 White LowE StdGlass Argon HalfScrn Foam DP45 DoubleLock SillAngle HeadExpdner U-Factor" Actual Size 35 3/4 x 60 7/8 Rough Opening 36 x 61 5/8. The locks have a red reflector that shows when the window is not locked. I certainly hope that you can help me with this part--I need 2 of them. Faye 

I may not have been as clear as I should have been in my first contact--the replacement parts needed are the parts that you slide to release the window to tilt out. Both on each end of the window are broken. One picture shows the latch that needs replacing, and the other picture shows the latch and window lock for identification purposes--(the locks with the reflector are not broken).
