I am looking for the window operator similar to this one however the number written on the part is different.

and it is left hinge and handle is located on the left when looking from the inside.

Take a look at the 39-332 E-Z Straight Arm Crank Operator for a Andersen casement window. For the left handed version of this operator see 39-331.
