Need window parts

We got these used Alenco windows and they are missing parts that keep them open. The only parts we see are these rollers. There are no parts on the opposite side of the windows. Can you help us figure out what we need? The series is: 3722/3722F . Name: A-161-1 . Spec: HS-R25. MST: 10050.

I would recommend starting by removing your roller from the sash to compare to the 87-203. Review the dimensions below to see if they match up to yours. Thanks for posting!

Casey, thanks for your quick reply! Yes, these are the exact same rollers on our windows. We need whatever mechanism is on the other side of the window. In other words, these rollers are all we have in the windows so obviously they aren't staying open because other parts are missing.

These rollers are used in sliding windows that move left and right, so I'm not sure what other hardware you could be looking for to keep the window open.
If you have another window in the house that has the part that you believe the other window is missing, feel free to get back to us with photos and we can go from there.
