Need window parts

Question

On the window frame I see PI-28, black aluminum. On the spiral rod I see CRB 1. The rods are 51.5 long when extended. The metal rod is 27 inches, and 29.25 inches with the plastic piece. Thank you

Your spiral balance resembles the Series 307 spiral balance but it looks like the bottom of your fitting may have broken off. If so, you can use the S307-27 with a red tip option to replace the balances on both sides of the window. Take a look and thanks for posting!
