Need window parts replaced

Landlord from Denver
I have 2 20 year old windows that need the following parts replaced:
4 Channel Balances
4 Top Sash Guides
4 Take out clips

What information do I need to provide to find the correct replacement parts?

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

Finally, I will also require photos of the top sash guides and take out clips. Please make sure that both parts are undamaged and in one piece and that I can see them clearly out of the window frame.

Balance is 28" long.
Nylon fittings are 1/2"X1/2"

Pictures attached. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks! Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-28 or S390-28, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I also see you need a new top sash guide, but I don't recognize this one. At least, not from this angle. Would it be possible to see a clear photo of it from the front and side?

I measured and it's 1 1/8".

It's still hard to get a good look at this top sash guide but you could potentially consider our 18-009 or 18-127. Review the dimensions we show for both to determine if either one lines up with the original.
