Need window replacement parts

Question

I am in desperate need of corner keys. My aluminum frame windows are 1/2 inch thick and I think I am going to have to drill out the corner keys. I have attached pictures so I get the correct parts. Also, I need a few latches and I need to build 5 more windows. In addition I would like the fuzzy spline material. Please help.

I'm not sure I cannot identify what you have based on this information. I can't really make out your corner keys, and I do not know what size you need. You might be able to use our 91-004 and 91-005 corner latches, though you would need to file down the tips to match the old ones. The corner keys might be our 95-026 and 95-027. Carefully compare our dimensions and style to yours. For the nylon finger latch, I just can't guess what will match without seeing a better photo.
