Need window shoes for 9 windows please help!

A quick learner from Oshawa, Canada says:
7 of nine windows in my house have broken shoes and looking to replace all shoes. Hopefully the plastic is better with new ones the old ones became brittle and broke. Here are the picture of the shoes hope you guys can help.
