Trying to find replacement for my window balance. I have 3 windows 35 SH that tilt in

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid a few of your photos didn't come through. May we see a clear shot of the top fitting? The stamp on your metal channel is a bit odd and doesn't match any of our options so we'll need you to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper stamp for your replacements.

How do I determine the weight of the window? It is 16 years old. Seems like I might have to replace all 3 windows just because I can't get a balance for them. I will try to get you better pictures

You don't have to replace the windows if the balances are all that's broken. We should be able to supply the replacements. It looks like our part identifier failed to upload some of your photos though. I'm sorry about that. Can you email them to help@swisco.com with the reference number D327283?

As for determining the weight, you must weigh the window sash on a bathroom scale. The video below will go over the replacement process.
