the out side diameter is 3/16 can measure the isde track ?

It's still hard to say. Start by looking at our 58-099 and 58-105 and compare their dimensions to yours. Keep in mind that you have a mechanical window sash, which means that you can unscrew the corners and pull frame apart. This will allow you to remove the weatherstripping and get a more accurate measurement.
