Need wool pile that is flexible enough for my glass door

Question

I recently purchased gray wool pile, 9/32" x1/4"
Item # 58-045. It is not flexible enough and also too wide to fit in the sliding glass door channel. Upon further measuring it appears the channel opening is 1/8" wide (photo attached for verification. What would be the best width to purchase or exchange for my project?

Thanks for writing in. Sorry that the 58-045 didn't work out for you. You can see our return policy here. Less important than the measurements of the channel the wool pile slides into is the size of the pile base, as well as the height of the wool pile. Do you have an old wool pile from this door? If so, can you provide us those measurements of your old pile? Wool pile dimensions are very detailed, often going into the X/32" range, so be precise as you can. From there, we will try to find a better match.
