My window channel balance is somewhat odd. It has roller at the end the length is 25.625 (25 and 3/8) inches. I could find my balance in any other place. Can you please help?
I did not upload the numbers on the channel balance but it is written as "25 5 B.S.I PP". Thank you.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Please note that the metal channel should measure 25-5/8" long, not including the end fittings.
To determine the correct replacement, we will need to see the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord of an undamaged balance. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. From there, we'll be able to send over an order link and price quote. Thank you!
