1 &1/8 inch wheel diameter, 1 & 1/4 inch wheel width, casing that holds wheel assembly is 1 & 3/16 high by 11/16 wide, by 2 & 3/8 long, with 1 adjusting screw at bottom to raise and lower wheel. Top of wheel casing has screw hole just to the right of centre on top to screw wheel assembly to bottom of door.

There are no markings of any kind on roller assemble. Need 2 of these wheele assemblies for my 30 yr plus WestCraft sliding door.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Knowing your dimensions is definitely helpful, but that only tells us half the story. In order to match up the part you need, I will require photos. I'd also like you to briefly go over what this roller is actually for, since I don't really know what this is based on the information given.

Is this for a patio glass door, closet door, or screen door? If it's a patio glass door, which I suspect it is, then please make sure you show us a clear view of the back end, top, and sides. That will be a huge help. Thanks!

The door is a Westcraft sliding patio door onto a sundeck.

This is a picture of the unit that slides into the channel at the bottom of the door. Each unit with only one wheel is held in place in the bottom channel of the door one on the left side and one on the right side with one screw.

Thank you! This is just what I needed to see.

So, it looks like we have a few rollers that come close to your design and dimensions. The first one I found was our 81-282. There are a couple differences, though. The biggest and most important difference is the width; ours is 3/4" compared to your 11/16". That might be a dealbreaker, but triple check that dimension and see how it compares.

The other big one is the wheel size. The diameter on ours is 1-1/2" compared to your 1-1/8". Now, wheel diameter doesn't always have to be exactly the same. These rollers adjust so you can usually raise or lower the wheel to make up the difference. However 1-1/2" compared to 1-1/8" is pushing that pretty hard. It may just be a bit too much for the adjustment to be of any use.

Finally, the length is also different, but frankly length doesn't matter. We can safely ignore that.

We have another roller that comes close in our 81-023, but this one is only 1-1/4" high and has a 1-1/4" wheel diameter. The roller is still bigger but a lot more manageable. The width is the same at 11/16" but the height, which really does need to be exact, is too big.

All that said, I do believe these two rollers are your best bet. Carefully look over our dimensions and information for each one and let me know what you think.

My thinking is that the width of the roller assembly can't be bigger than the bottom channel of the door. The door seems to have a lot more leeway as far a height is concerned, which leads me to think that the diameter of the roller is not as critical. I will leave it with you as to the 2 that will work. Thanks. Let me know and I will place the order.

If the width is more of a concern than height, then 81-023 is my recommendation. This shares the same 11/16" width and the wheel is a little closer in size to your original (though still bigger). The height is the only major difference but if you have some wiggle room there then it may not matter. Just something to keep in mind.
