Hello there. Looks like you need new channel balances. I'm confident we can help, but that stamp doesn't tell us the balance's identity, only its strength. To know what balance you need, please send photos of the nylon fittings or attachments at either end of the metal channel. The combination of attachments that your balance uses determines its identity, or what we call the balance Series. Once you send me those photos, we should be able to narrow this down for you in short order. Many thanks.
Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-34 or S390-34, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
