We have a rental property with this damaged window. The balance is broken and the left "post" the sash pivots on is broken and coming off.
The window is 33"wide x 35" tall

Hi Wes,
We can help with the balance and pivot bars but it looks like your window has some bigger underlying issues. The entire bottom part of the sash frame is coming off and, unfortunately, that's not something we can help with. You might be better off going to the original makers of the window. Thank you!
