Needing Channel Balances and Top Sash Guides

Hello,

I am Bruce Jackson and I need replacement window parts. The channel balance is 22" long (metal length) and 5/8" wide with the stamp of "2130" in the attached picture. I also need 2 black top sash guides. There is also a bottom sash guide in the picture that is missing on one side. Please let me know what other information you need to determine the correct parts to order.

Hey, Bruce. I don't know what your balance is,  unfortunately. The stamp only indicates how strong the spring is. In order to identify the Series, I need you to show me a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon fitting.

The top sash guide at least looks like our 18-174. We do not carry the face guide in your last pictures.

These pictures are perfect! Thank you, Bruce. I recommend our S395-22 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, which look pretty much like what you have. Just make sure all of our dimensions match up.
