Needing a new window mechanism

Question

I ordered a handle, item #39-375 back in October, it is the correct handle, but I found I needed the mechanism that attaches to the window as well. I ordered an incorrect one, sadly, and while I have written to you in the past without success, I am hoping to hear back from you this time. I have uploaded a picture of my right side window, as well as the left side mechanism that I need. If you could advise me of the correct part, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Take a look at our 39-220 and 39-221, these look like they will match your operators quite well. They are compatible with our 39-205 handle, but I'm afraid they're not compatible with the 39-375 you already purchased.
