Needing cam replacements

I have a long story but will keep it short.

I don't have a brand or model of the replacement windows for the attached photos of cams i need. They are double hung plastic replacement windows which tilt inward so both top and bottom windows can be cleaned from the inside. I need about 2 dozen of these cams. If you have them please provide pricing. If you don't have them, Do you know where I can get them.

I got your request and I took some pictures of the assemblies. Even though the assemblies are different the same shoe fits. I also took a picture of the window. There are no markings on any part of the window to detail the make or model. I hope this helps.
