Needing new balances in all my windows

I am needing new balances in all my windows, but I'm not sure if I'm buying the right ones.
it looks like the brand of my windows is KHIRO or something like that. They are definitely spiral balances. The tube is 19 inches long and the windows are tilt windows.

Thanks for posting. It certainly sounds like you have spiral balances for tilt windows. We'll need you to confirm the length of the outer tube, up to and not including the colored tip. We'll also need the diameter of that tube, and the tip color. We should be able to narrow this all down from there.

The tube is 29" long & the diameter is about 3/8", the tip is either faded red or maybe orange.

In that case you need the S900-29. Just make sure the tube is indeed 3/8" and not greater. If the tip looks like a faded orange, it is probably just red and that is what you can pick for your color tip option. Let us know if you have further questions.
