Needing parts.

Question

I think I have two problems one of the channel balance parts is broken the numbers on there are 23 4 JR Caldwell.
The length of the metal on the balance is 24".
So I need to figure out what kind it is or the part number so I can replace it.

But on one of my windows there is a small plastic piece that the channel Ballance seems to clip into I included it in the picture above. On one of my windows this is also broken. Can you also give me information regarding that part. Thank you

Thanks for posting. For your channel balance, see our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. You will need to select a stamp option of 2340.

The other part you're showing is called a Top Sash Guide. Yours is a little unusual, but take a look at our 18-188. See if the dimensions match up. The 18-88's top hole isn't elongated like yours, but you could use a drill to widen it if needed. Let us know what you think.
