Needing replacement part s

Question

Hello I have 3 season-all thermal-guard windows measuring 35 3/4" x71 3/4". All three need new balances top and bottom. I am trying to help a customer sell her house and I need to do this as fast as possible. Can you help? I will also need 8 sets of locks also(16 individual). I can send more pics if needed.
